RAS is the proud sponsor of the Carolina Aquarium Workshop (CAW) which has been held nearly every year since 1985. While details vary from event-to-event, past CAW events have included a collecting trip (to find native fish and plants), speaker presentations, a banquet, shrimp contests and vendor rooms. Sundays host our big auction that is open to the public (both sellers and buyers).
CAW 2024
The 2024 Carolina Aquarium Workshop will be held Saturday-Sunday October 12-13, 2024 at the Millennium Hotel in Durham, NC, conveniently located near the intersection of I85 and US15/501.
